About the Role:
Analyze user behavior on the website using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Yandex, Metrika, and others).
Study user journeys and identify "bottlenecks" where users leave the site without completing a desired action. Build heatmaps to visualize active and inactive areas on the page.
Note: We are also open to a hybrid working mode and are looking for candidates from various locations, including Ukraine, Malta, Romania, the UK, and France
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the conversion rate on the website
- Set up and run A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses for improving interfaces and content
- Analyze test results and make data-driven decisions
- Onboarding Strategy Analysis:
- Evaluate existing onboarding processes: Analyze current onboarding processes for new users to identify obstacles and areas for improvement
- Optimize onboarding: Develop and implement changes to improve the new user experience, speed up their adaptation, and increase the likelihood of repeat actions
- Automation and personalization: Implement automated and personalized onboarding strategies to ensure the best user experience for new customers
- Analyze user data: Investigate new user behavior at each onboarding stage to understand which steps or content are most effective in increasing conversions and retention
- Working with CRM Systems (Email, SMS, Push, etc.):
- Campaign development and execution: Plan and implement CRM campaigns via email, SMS, and push notifications to enhance user experience and improve conversions
- Personalization of messages: Set up automated and trigger-based campaigns with personalized content based on user behavior and their position in the sales funnel
- Audience segmentation: Conduct user base segmentation to create targeted CRM campaigns and increase their effectiveness
- Analyze CRM campaign performance: Track open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other key metrics to optimize the effectiveness of communications
- Collaboration with UX/UI Teams:
- Work with designers and developers to enhance user experience, improve site usability, and optimize functionality
- Generate and test hypotheses to improve user interfaces and user journeys
- Landing Page Optimization:
- Analyze the effectiveness of landing pages and propose improvements in design, content, and CTA
- Create and update landing pages to maximize user conversions
- Sales Funnel Optimization:
- Optimize user funnels to improve conversion rates at all stages
- Monitor and optimize micro-conversions (page transitions, CTA clicks, subscriptions, etc.)
- Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Support marketing campaigns: Analyze landing pages and ad CTAs to improve ROI
- Work closely with SEO and content teams to enhance the synergy between traffic and conversions
- Reporting and Monitoring:
- Regularly update reports on key conversion metrics (conversion rate, CAC, bounce rate, and other metrics)
- Analyze changes and results of implemented strategies
- Research and Implement Best Practices:
- Monitor competitors and analyze their approaches to conversion optimization
- Continuously learn new methods and tools to improve CRO processes
- Mobile and App Optimization:
- Optimize mobile versions of websites and applications to ensure high conversion rates from mobile traffic
- Conduct tests and analyze the behavior of mobile users
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Prior experience in the gambling industry is highly desirable
- Excellent command of English; additional language skills, especially in the European market is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and campaign execution
