We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Lead two scrum pods spread across different locations.
• Work with Delivery lead, Product owners and scrum teams to come up with low level planning for every quarter or PI.
• Be responsible for end-to-end deliverables.
• Work with multiple stake holders and teams to resolve dependencies and risks.
• Drive production releases and incidents associated with deliverables related to pods.
• Work with stake holders across different locations – India, China, UK and US (need basis)
• Guide team on the SAFE and Agile concepts.
• Maintain Jira hygiene with accurate updates on Jira tickets. Provide Jira reporting on need basis.
  
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in scrum master role and over all minimum 9+ years of experience in IT
• Must have good knowledge on scrum ceremonies and concepts.
• Must have good knowledge on SAFE Agile
• At least 1 year of experience in SAFE Agile/PI Planning
• Must have scrum certification.
• Should have a good command on team and should be able to Handle 2 Pods
• Must have good knowledge on Dependency and Risk management.
• Must be able to drive production releases/Production issues.
• Hands on experience on Jira
• Good communication skills and should be able to communicate with multiple stake holders.
• Flexible to work with stake holders from different locations (UK/HK/China/India/US)
• Good to have banking knowledge.
• Nice to have technical background skills - added value for KTLO pods.
• Nice to have SAFE/Agile certification.
