Growth Marketing Manager

CloudTechX is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive user acquisition and engagement for our fintech platform. You'll lead our performance marketing initiatives while managing a team of marketing specialists.

Key Responsibilities Growth & Marketing

  • Lead and mentor marketing team members, manage resources, provide strategic direction, and drive team performance
  • Execute performance marketing across paid/organic channels, optimize funnels, manage ROI across channels, conduct A/b testing, track analytics, implement SEO, and run email campaigns
  • Report growth metrics and manage campaign budgets

Community & Brand

  • Manage social media platforms, create viral content, and build influencer partnerships
  • Coordinate virtual/physical events, community meetups, and webinars
  • Maintain brand identity and consistent messaging across all channels

Requirements

  • 7+ years of growth marketing in crypto/fintech with a proven scaling record
  • Strong analytics, community building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Deep blockchain understanding and performance marketing expertise
  • Excellence in data analysis, optimization, and strategic planning
