Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Support business development managers in nurturing client relationships
- Respond to client inquiries on company products and capabilities, promptly and professionally, coordinating with other functional teams such as the PMO, finance, and production as needed to provide accurate and comprehensive responses.
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and monitoring new business opportunities and respective entries in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and opportunity data
- Organize and label SharePoint folders and documents following standardized company practices to ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Prepare regular reports, including pipeline updates, sales metrics, and trade show outcomes.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Coordinate with other functional teams, such as the PMO, finance, and production, to ensure timely, complete, and accurate reporting and analysis.
- Report to the Senior Director of Proposals and Assist in drafting and preparing quotes using standardized company processes and templates.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions, adhering to company-defined practices for document formatting and approvals.
- Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event registrations for the business development team.
- Manage office supplies and marketing materials related to business development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in proposal coordination, business development, or similar roles, ideally in defense, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
- Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) and the ability to draft, edit, and format business documents.
- Familiarity with proposal processes, document version control, and compliance reviews.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Excel experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of project lifecycles, contract types, and customer types (e.g., government, prime contractors).
- Ability to work independently and in a distributed, international team.
- Professionalism with confidential content and an interest in the aerospace or defense sectors.
- Salary 2000– 2300 EUR gross per month.
