📍 Location: Remote (Switzerland-based)

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms for production.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI into real applications.
• Conduct research, rapid prototyping, and model performance evaluation.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, etc.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience working with real-world datasets (structured or unstructured).
• Strong understanding of statistics, data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
• Based in Switzerland with valid work authorization; fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with NLP, LLMs, or computer vision projects.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Contributions to open-source or academic research.
