Software Architect (Integration Engineer)

Job Title: Integration Engineer – Middleware Division (Hospitality Client)

Location: Telecommute. Estonia ONLY.

Salary: €5,000 - €6,000 per month

Job Overview

We are in search of an Integration Engineer to become a part of our client's Middleware Division, supporting a significant hospitality client. The ideal candidate should possess experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and Apigee API Management, with an emphasis on API integration and cloud initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and uphold integration solutions vital for essential business functions.

Primary Duties

• Design and execute middleware solutions utilizing Oracle Fusion and Apigee API management.
• Ensure effective data integration across various systems.
• Work in partnership with developers, architects, and product managers to devise viable solutions.
• Establish, oversee, and secure API endpoints.
• Ensure integration workflows adhere to security and performance benchmarks.
• Diagnose and enhance integration efficiency.
• Document integration methodologies and processes.
• Maintain and upgrade existing integrations for optimal stability and scalability.
  
  

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in integration roles focusing on middleware solutions.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite, Oracle WebLogic).
• Practical experience with Apigee API Management (API design and security).
• Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, and JSON API integration.
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with API security protocols (OAuth2, JWT).
• Capability in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes, version control, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with relational databases and ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and cooperative skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the hospitality industry.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker.
• Familiar with alternative middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Tibco.
