Senior Project Manager - Hospitality - PMC (French Speaker)

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high profile hospitality development located in a remote area of Madagascar.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role on an exciting hotel project. The successful candidate will bring a blend of contracting and PMC experience, with strong hospitality credentials and the ability to work in challenging, remote environments. Upon successful delivery, there is potential for long-term career progression on UAE-based developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead post-contract delivery of a hospitality development in Madagascar (Site based)
• Manage all on-site activities
• Oversee coordination between contractors and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project execution
• Monitor project progress against scope, budget, and schedule
• Report to senior leadership, ensuring alignment on strategic project objectives

Requirements:

• 15–20 years of experience in construction project management
• Background in both contracting and PMC environments
• Proven track record in delivering hospitality projects
• Fluent in French
• Experience working in remote or logistically challenging locations
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Degree-qualified in civil engineering or a related discipline
