Back End Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop backend services and tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize

platform and infrastructure costs.

Build automation and governance tools for managing infrastructure resources

and preventing cost overruns.

Maintain and improve existing systems, ensuring high availability and

cost-efficiency.

Implement proactive alerts, dashboards, and analytics to provide real-time

visibility into infrastructure spending.

Collaborate closely with DevOps, Finance, and Product teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, working closely with Sprinklr

support when necessary

Skills:

Proficiency in Java/Python.

5+ Experience developing microservices and RESTful APIs.

Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their cost

management tools and APIs is mandatory.

3+ years of experience in workflow automation, scripting, reporting, and

administration on the Sprinklr platform.

Proven experience integrating Sprinklr with at least two third-party

applications (e.g., Salesforce)

Working in the Sprinklr will be an added advantage. Knowledge of database

optimization, caching strategies, and infrastructure cost management

practices.

Experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Amazon Connect) - Nice to

have.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Candidates with Telecommunication background will be added advantage.
