Information Security Analyst

Location: Reedsville, PA or State College, PA (Minimum 3 days onsite)

Kish Bank is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our IT team. The Analyst will support the implementation and monitoring of the Bank’s security program, assist with incident response, compliance activities, risk monitoring, and help drive security awareness initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and assist in analyzing and responding to potential threats.
• Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
• Assist with incident response documentation and coordination.
• Support internal compliance initiatives, audits, and regulatory assessments.
• Contribute to policy review, vendor security assessments, and security awareness training efforts.
• Maintain familiarity with current cyber threats and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in information security, IT support, or compliance preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GLBA, FFIEC, NIST CSF) and security tools (e.g., SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners) a plus.
• Industry certifications such as Security+, Network+, or similar encouraged.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and initiative.
  
  

Additional Details

• Hybrid work model considered with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3-4 days per week at either Reedsville, PA or State College, PA offices.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
