We are looking for a talented and driven individual to take on the role of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Product Owner within our team. The AEM Product Owner will play a key role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering top-notch digital experiences on the AEM platform. This position requires close collaboration with various teams, such as development, design, marketing, and business stakeholders, to ensure that our digital products align with customer needs and business goals. Previous experience in integrating various Adobe Experience Products and a background in Travel, Hospitality, Commerce domains, large startups, digital marketing, and product value realization would be beneficial.

Primary Duties:

Product Vision and Strategic Planning:

• Develop and convey the vision and strategic plan for AEM-driven digital experiences.
• Ensure alignment of product objectives with business goals and customer requirements.
• Lead project planning and execution using Adobe Experience Manager and experience in scrum team leadership as the product owner.

Backlog Oversight:

• Establish, prioritize, and oversee the product backlog for AEM initiatives.
• Craft clear and succinct user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Ensure development team comprehends project scope and requirements.

Engagement with Stakeholders:

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and define project parameters.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular meetings to provide updates on project advancement and gather feedback.

Project Implementation:

• Direct the planning, implementation, and completion of AEM projects.
• Ensure punctual delivery of high-quality features and functionalities.
• Work with the development team to address any roadblocks or challenges.

Market Research and User Analysis:

• Carry out market research and user assessments to spot trends and opportunities.
• Utilize data-driven insights to guide product enhancements and decisions.

Value Achievement:

• Set and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects.
• Re-evaluate KPIs following project completion to gauge success and outcomes.
• Present value assessments and performance evaluations to customers, highlighting benefits and return on investment (ROI).

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Owner / Business Analyst with expertise in Adobe products and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end product lifecycles, translating business goals into actionable strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
• Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, UX/UI, QA, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of product vision.
• Adobe Expertise: Leverage Adobe suite (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, etc.) to optimize digital experiences.
• Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Lead and participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Market & Customer Insights: Conduct research and analysis to identify user needs, improve engagement, and maximize ROI.
• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Convert business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Utilize KPIs and data-driven decision-making to enhance product performance and user experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within a digital environment.

• Strong understanding of Adobe products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.) and digital customer experience.
• Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management.
• Excellent ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for building innovative solutions that drive business value and customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or other product management tools.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping and digital marketing trends.
