Our client, a leading Australian bank, is undertaking a series of exciting digital transformation initiatives and is looking for a talented Mobile Developer (Android/IOS) to join their growing tech team.

This role is pivotal to the success of their mobile-first strategy. As the bank accelerates its transition to Agile delivery models, you'll be embedded in cross-functional squads to help streamline development and bring innovative mobile solutions to life.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and backend developers to build and enhance high-quality mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
• Support delivery of mobile features in line with Agile sprints and project milestones.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.
• Exposure to the banking or financial services industry

Must-Have Experience:

• 2+ years of mobile development experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Solid hands-on expertise in iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, Agile development environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Prior experience working in Agile squads or similar frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as .NET and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
• Exposure to the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
