Job Description

As part of a large-scale project to develop HR administration and payroll frontend solutions for midsized employers, you will:

• Support the chief technology architect in supervising the project.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and refine technical solutions.
• Work closely under the guidance of the head technology architect.
• Collaborate with a dedicated project team, including a product owner, project manager, business and technology architects, scrum master, analysts, and multiple development teams.

Key Functions

• Technical Solution Development:
• Propose architectural solutions tailored to functional needs.
• Evaluate and propose choices to ensure a pragmatic balance between robustness and simplicity.
• Standards and Frameworks:
• Help define development standards and the technical framework.
• Provide support to analysts, project managers, and developers.
• Architecture Documentation:
• Model and document architecture using tools like ArchiMate and C4.

Profile Requirements

• Technical Experience:
• Expertise in designing microservices/applications using:
• Java Spring Boot, SQL, REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Azure PaaS services such as Event Hub, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with design patterns for building robust, scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding and experience with Java solutions and frameworks.
• Additional Advantage:
• Prior experience in an HR Services environment, especially in payroll calculation and administration.
