📍 Location: Klaipėda, Lithuania

We're setting up a new operation in Lithuania and looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to help shape and manage all local HR activities, while aligning with our global HR practices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and build HR processes from the ground up.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Localize and implement global HR policies
• Manage daily HR operations
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and data management
• Ensure legal compliance with Lithuanian labor laws
• Support performance management and employee engagement
• Liaise with external payroll and HR service providers
• Collaborate with local and global HR contacts

✅ What We’re Looking For

• HR experience, especially in operational HR work.
• Excellent English and Lithuanian communication skills
• Solid understanding of local HR laws and compliance requirements.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, developing environment

💰 Salary: €2500–€3800 gross/month (depending on experience)
