🔎We are looking for a C++ Developer (Finance/Fixed Income)

MAIN TASKS:

• Develop financial software focused on Fixed Income, using the Summit platform.
• Work on service-oriented integration projects, interacting with both internal and external systems.
• Learn and apply the Summit SDK and gain understanding of the broader IT ecosystem.
• Maintain clear technical documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Participate in the team’s code review processes and follow best development practices.
• Optionally contribute to DevOps-related tasks and improve internal efficiency tools (e.g., non-regression test tools).
• Collaborate daily with an international team, with regular interaction with colleagues based in France.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of C++ (core requirement)
• Proficiency in Shell scripting, C#, and SQL
• Familiarity with Git for version control
• Nice to have: Python, Summit SDK, Jenkins, Artifactory, XLDeploy (digital.ai)
• Understanding of Back Office processes: clearing, confirmation, payments, accounting
• Awareness of financial products: credit derivatives, interest rate derivatives, FX, options
• Experience with business process mapping and financial protocols
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across teams
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable
• Languages: English (C1 level required), French (B2 level is a plus)
• Hybrid role based in Porto.
