Join a small, collaborative product design team defining how people join and grow communities at Mighty Networks.

At Mighty Networks, we’re on a mission to create software to gather and connect real people in the age of AI. We call it ‘people magic.’ Think of it as Shopify Meets AI, but rather than ecommerce, our customers (who we call Hosts) are building community businesses that ultimately run themselves.

As a result of people magic, more $1M communities have been built on Mighty in the past year than on any other platform. Some of our Mighty’s Hosts include Tony Robbins, Dr. Mark Hyman, The Home Edit, Mel Robbins, Marie Forleo, Matthew Hussey, Jefferson Fisher, Luvvie Ajayi Jones, The Luckiest Club, and The Budgetnista.

This summer, we’re launching our next generation of people magic. Ahead of it, we’re putting the call out for one more associate product designer to join our small, but mighty team.

Does This Sound Like You?

You live in Figma. You can't wait for the moment your Figma designs will be instantly translated into code. You're already building side projects with Cursor and v0, and you see AI tools not as threats to design, but as accelerators for your creative vision.

You believe in creating experiences that bring people together, not just interfaces that work. You've probably tried to explain to friends why the small details in design matter. Like how Figma's multiplayer cursors create a sense of presence, or why Arc's command bar completely changed how you think about browser navigation.

You want to work somewhere that celebrates craft while shipping fast, where your ideas about the role AI can play in building relationships between real people will actually shape how millions of people connect with each other.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll:

• Tackle challenging and diverse design problems across desktop and mobile, iOS, and Android.
• Unlock new product experiences through a combination of strong product design fundamentals and rapid prototyping with today’s AI tools.
• Apply your talents across research, interaction design, visual design, animation, and prototyping to build products people find absolutely delightful to use.
• Expand our design system for maximum consistency, clarity, creativity, and impact.
• Contribute to marketing and visual content, including video, to celebrate and inform our Hosts and their members about product features and improvements.
• Ensure product quality and a user experience you’d be proud to share with the designers you respect.

Who We’re Looking For

• You don’t have to be far along in your career or have gone to specific schools. Rather, we are looking for someone massively curious and who strives for excellence in everything they do.
• You can point to something you’ve built that you’re proud of and that demonstrates the contribution you want to make to a product used by millions of people every day.
• You think about product design as systems building, and the designer should be able to contribute to and work within the constraints of a robust Design System.
• You design for real people and can describe your work without a lot of buzzwords. In the end your work speaks for itself.
• You have a deep technical understanding of how software is made well, and quickly, in 2025. You’re very excited about where the world is going.
• You are driven, personable, and love collaborating with other product designers, engineers, and the ultimate customers in defining the next generation of communities.
• You do what you say you’re going to do. You push your work to be excellent. You strive for mastery. You care about the details while never losing sight of the mission.
• You rise to the challenge and love building in a dynamic world.
