Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and define sprint goals.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect the team’s ability to meet sprint objectives.
• Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and quality management systems (QMS).
• Drive process improvements to enhance both product quality and team efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal communication).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Experience or understanding of quality management systems (QMS).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in remote teams with diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
• Familiarity with risk management and compliance in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail, particularly in compliance and quality-focused tasks.
