Product Owner

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our innovative team. As a key member of our product management group, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that our product aligns with customer needs and business objectives. Monthly gross salary up to 5000 EUR.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• Understanding of product cycle business logic and integration of third-party services;
• Ability to work with multifunctional teams (development, QA, design);
• Experience in delegating tasks to teams and monitoring their execution at all stages;
• Experience using Jira, Miro for task tracking and workflow organization;
• Knowledge of analytical systems (Google Analytics, Data Studio) for data collection on the platform and metric tracking;
• Ability to organize sprint planning, retrospectives, and monitor task execution following Agile approaches;
• Experience interacting with business analysts or operators to clarify requirements and formulate tasks for development teams;
• Skills in analyzing platform performance indicators, proposing optimizations, and identifying growth opportunities based on operator data (e.g., improving unit economics);
• Understanding the principles of modular product architecture to adapt to the needs of various operators;
• Ability to balance business requests with development team resources;
• Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate product requirements into actionable user stories;
• Guide the development team through sprint planning, reviews, and ensure successful delivery;
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve based on data-driven insights;
• Stay informed on market trends and customer feedback to keep our products ahead of the curve.
