What will you do?
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure (Windows)
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain security and backups
- Manage updates and vulnerabilities of OS
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 3rd level support
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019/2022.
- Experience as engineering support for enterprise-level configuration management.
- Experience using Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Microsoft System Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Experience with Active Directory / GPO.
- Maintenance/support/troubleshooting of the different roles of the MECM application
Who are you?
- Fluent in French and have a good knowledge of English.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Windows.
- Expert SCOM/MECM is mandatory.
- Hold a degree in computer science (apprenticeship is a plus).
