As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Listing Manager to join our team and manage the end-to-end listing process of new cryptocurrencies and tokens on our platform.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Listing Manager to oversee the listing of new cryptocurrencies and tokens on our exchange. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure a smooth and efficient listing process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Listing Process: Oversee the end-to-end process of listing new projects on the exchange, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential listings, including evaluating the project’s whitepaper, team, technology, market potential, and compliance with legal standards.

• Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including compliance, legal, technical, and marketing, to facilitate the listing process and address any issues that arise.

• Communicate with Projects: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing projects seeking to list on our exchange, providing guidance and support throughout the listing process.

• Monitor Performance: Track the performance of newly listed assets, gathering data and feedback to inform future listing decisions and strategies.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new projects, and regulatory developments to identify promising listing opportunities.

• Develop Policies: Assist in the development and refinement of listing policies and procedures to ensure they remain aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on listing activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, preferably in the same or at least a similar role involving project management or business development.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and regulatory landscape.

• Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate potential listings and monitor their performance.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.

• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
