Graphic Designer - Retail

We are looking for a passionate and creative Retail Graphic Designer to join our Retail team and help shape magical merchandise experiences for our guests.

✨ About the Role:

As a Retail Graphic Designer, you’ll be at the heart of designing innovative, IP-aligned products across multiple categories — from apparel and accessories to collectibles and themed packaging. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure every product tells a story, reflects the brand essence, and elevates the guest journey through immersive design.

🎨 What You'll Do:

• Design and develop high-quality merchandise and packaging aligned with the brand guidelines.
• Conduct market research and translate insights into captivating product concepts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with VM, Retail, and Operations teams to ensure consistency across all guest touchpoints.
• Create detailed visual assets, CADs, and print-ready materials for manufacturing.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth project coordination with internal and external teams.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 5–7 years of experience in product design – retail experience is a must.
• Strong background working with branded IPs.
• Proficient in CAD, Illustrator, Sketch, and other design tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
