Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project performance, track deliverables, and provide progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and technical records.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and identifying process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in real estate development or construction company.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
