UX/UI Designer

Our client, a leading player in the financial services sector, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be part of the design team supporting innovative AI-enabled applications. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to iterate quickly based on user feedback, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Conduct user research to develop personas and journey maps that inform design decisions.
  
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
  
• Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system, including style guides and reusable components.
  
• Run usability testing sessions; synthesize feedback and iterate designs swiftly.
  
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Engineers to ensure seamless design-to-development hand-off.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
    
  • 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within financial services or enterprise software.
    
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
    
  • Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail.
    
  • Background in information architecture and interaction design preferred.
