Our client is seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager with expertise in Figma and Asana. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with actors, clients, creators, and teams. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the agency by supporting various operational functions.

- This person will be in charge of correct design details and ensure smooth operations.

- Will be handling Creative Coordination tasks.

- This person will be handling communication between teams & with clients (mostly email)

• We are looking for someone who has experience working in Marketing or Design agencies
• This person needs to have experience with Figma and Asana.
• Is important to have experience managing projects and keeping up with administrative tasks.
• Daily updates need to be provided to the managers. Is important to have a good communication while working remote.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Needs to align with Pacific Time business hours, from 8am to 5pm.
