What You’ll Do

✅ Own the full product lifecycle—from discovery through delivery

✅ Turn business goals, user needs & compliance requirements into impactful product decisions

✅ Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance & customer success

✅ Break down complex challenges into actionable stories and clear acceptance criteria

✅ Proactively manage obstacles, dependencies, and deadlines

✅ Gather insights, validate assumptions, and iterate based on feedback

What You Bring

🔹 1–3 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in a startup or scale-up

🔹 Experience in payments, embedded finance, digital assets, crypto, insurtech, regtech, digital banking, or broader fintech is preferred

🔹 Strong communication skills with a user-first mindset

🔹 A Bachelor's or Master’s degree (technical or analytical background preferred)

🔹 Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
