Project Manager - LHH

For our esteemed and long-standing international client, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager (m/f/d) 100% to join their team. The position is available for an immediate start or at a mutually agreed date. The company is based in Kloten, Zurich, offering an inspiring work environment in a dynamic and global setting.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently plan, coordinate, and execute training projects across various departments
• Develop tailored training concepts and create learning materials for diverse target groups
• Analyze training needs in collaboration with business units and stakeholders
• Advise clients and internal teams on optimal training solutions and methodologies
• Manage external service providers, trainers, and partners involved in the projects
• Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of training initiatives
• Prepare project plans, status reports, and success metrics for continuous improvement
• Contribute to designing new learning formats such as e-learning, blended learning, or workshops
• Apply consulting methods to analyze business processes and identify training requirements
• Support the development of the training portfolio and strategic educational initiatives
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional consulting and excellent service
  
  
  

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally within Training & Development or Consulting
• Strong communication skills and consulting expertise
• Experience in developing innovative learning formats and digital training solutions
• Analytical thinking and structured working approach
• Team player with flexibility, motivation, and proactive attitude
