Team Lead of Backend Development (ASP.Net Core)

We are looking for a skilled Team Lead with Back End Development skills to join a cross-functional team of Ukrainian and Danish developers working on Unite Cloud – our cutting-edge platform that connects clinics, labs, and service providers. You’ll drive both technical execution and people leadership, helping us scale a highly dynamic system built on ASP.NET Core, microservices, Angular, Azure, and GitHub Actions.

This is an active development environment – you’ll be shaping new features, improving architecture, and mentoring a skilled team.

Your responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a high-performing Agile team
Develop & maintain Web services deployed in Azure
Guide team growth through hiring, 1:1s, and performance reviews
Collaborate across functions to deliver innovative cloud-based services
Promote clean code and automation testing best practices
Operate, debug, and maintain cloud-based systems in Azure as part of deployment workflows.

Your profile:

A degree in Computer Science or engineering
4+ years in software development, 2+ years in people leadership
Strong skills in ASP.NET Core, microservices, and Cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture
Strong communication skills and a proactive, responsible mindset
Fluent in English

Would be a plus:

Experience with GitHub Actions, AKS, Docker, Pulumi
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases
Comfortable working in Linux environments
