We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in End User Computing Devices technology. This role demands a deep understanding of various computing devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, as well as their integration into business environments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise and the ability to provide strategic guidance on the deployment, management, and optimization of these devices.

Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing and audit experience.
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects related to the deployment and configuration of computing devices, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate and select appropriate computing devices and related services.
• Documentation: Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical manuals, guides, and best practices for managing computing devices.
• Compliance: Ensure that all computing devices meet organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing end user computing devices technology, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, and ITIL are highly desired.
• Strong technical proficiency with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

What do we offer?

• 25 holiday days per year
• Hybrid and full remote contracts will receive 150 RON/month for home gas/electricity/broadband bills

• The employees working on bank holidays will be benefitting either of a paid day off in the next 30 days + 100% of the hourly base salary for that specific day OR 200% of the hourly base salary for that specific day.
