We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of scalable DevOps solutions across enterprise environments. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, focusing on cloud-native architectures, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure and a proven ability to drive DevOps transformation aligned with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement robust, secure, and scalable DevOps solutions across cloud and hybrid platforms.
• Define and lead the DevOps roadmap, aligning with enterprise IT and business strategies.
• Manage DevOps teams and engage with external vendors to deliver high-impact, multi-project initiatives.
• Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and container orchestration using Azure DevOps, GitHub, Terraform, and Kubernetes (AKS)
• Champion best practices in monitoring, logging, incident management, and platform reliability.
• Ensure all systems and workflows adhere to security, compliance, and operational standards.
• Continuously assess and integrate new technologies to improve delivery efficiency and system performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Mandatory Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

• Minimum Experience & Skills:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles
• 2+ years in a DevOps architecture or technical leadership capacity
• Expert-level knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub, ARM/Bicep templates, Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS)
• Scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
• Containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Helm
• Strong grasp of Microservices architecture, cloud-native design, networking, and security principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
