Project Manager

We invite you to join our closely-knit, motivated, and fantastic team, taking your place in our team as a Project Manager based in the Stockholm, Sweden.

You will be member of Nordics Services team and responsible for driving 3DS strategic engagement projects to maximize value customers are gaining with DS solutions. You are expected to build credibility, establishing relationship and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders at different levels. You will maintain continuous alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives, potentially across several projects.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of tasks and activities in relation to the defined scope, anticipate, communicate and mitigate project risks and issues within a shared governance structure
• Internal and external stakeholder management and status updates of the key milestone, issues, escalations to the senior management
• Prepare complete and accurate reporting including financial and internal and external status reporting
• Prepare, communicate and execute project schedules to fulfil the scope of the project
• Foster strong team sprit among project team members and trust-based relationship with the end customer
• Drive project activities and resources to guarantee the committed quality, margin and schedule
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Project Management role implementing information systems (PLM, ERP, MES).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction - communicate with passion.
• Experience of working with multicultural and remote teams.
• Capability to manage difficult situations and not afraid of being challenged
• Capability to manage expectations of stakeholders.
• Creative problem solver and able to adapt easily to changing situations.
• Fluent English skills are critical requirement. Swedish language skills are considered as a big asset.
• PLM and Change Management experience is considered as an asset.
• Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE 2 or similar are considered as an asset
