📍 Human Resources Coordinator – Hamburg (Hybrid)

Location: Hamburg, Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

About the Role:

We’re currently looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our client’s growing operations team, with a particular focus on blue-collar recruitment and workforce coordination.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the fast pace of frontline hiring, enjoys people-focused work, and is confident managing operational HR tasks from end to end.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate high-volume hiring processes for blue-collar roles (e.g. warehouse staff, drivers, production workers)
• Support with job advertising, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Prepare and manage contracts, onboarding documents, and internal HR communications
• Maintain accurate personnel records in the HR system and support with reporting tasks
• Be the go-to contact for employee queries on contracts, schedules, payroll input, and HR policies
• Work closely with site managers and team leads to anticipate staffing needs and support operational planning
• Ensure compliance with German labour law and company hiring standards
• Contribute to local employee engagement and retention initiatives

Your Profile:

• Experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or recruitment support, ideally in an industrial or logistics setting
• Familiarity with hiring processes for blue-collar roles and the ability to work at speed
• Sound knowledge of German labour law and HR operational processes
• Strong interpersonal skills – able to engage with diverse employees and managers on-site
• Excellent communication skills in German; English is a plus but not essential
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working both independently and within a team
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
