For our Customer, a consulting company delivering cutting-edge digital solutions to clients across Europe, we're currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a fast-growing technology team supporting a global organization undergoing a major digital transformation.


This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale cloud infrastructure projects, helping design and implement modern CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies in a high-impact environment.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Terraform, GitFlow, GitVersion, and Flux.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to configure cloud-based deployment environments.
  • Manage Azure-based infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Monitor environments using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana, ensuring rapid issue detection and resolution.
  • Support both Windows and Linux environments and contribute to system automation with Bash, Shell, YAML, or Python.
  • Address and troubleshoot networking issues, including VPN configurations.
  • Actively participate in infrastructure improvement initiatives and adopt best practices in DevOps.


Your Profile:

  • Fluent in Latvian (spoken and written) – this is essential for daily communication with the team and local stakeholders.
  • 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure (Azure), and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Solid experience with CI/CD tools and workflows: Azure DevOps, Terraform, GitFlow, GitVersion.
  • Experience working across Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and container-based deployments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring solutions like Prometheus and Grafana is a plus.
  • Strong scripting capabilities (Bash, Shell, YAML, Python).
  • Understanding of network architecture and VPN configuration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
