Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as HR Manager for our Switzerland entity and head office to work in a truly global environment, managing and improving all aspects of global operational Human Resources & Data Analysis. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager for Europe, the role provides long term development potential to strengthen our Human Resources capabilities and performance, alongside enhancing how we track, report, and understand key HR metrics across the business.

This role will be working from the Volcafe headquarter in Winterthur, Switzerland.
Key Accountabilities
- Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding, employee lifetime and offboarding (Swiss employees).
- Acting as the trusted assistant to Regional HRBP for Europe alongside business partnering with senior management and wider global teams.
- Ensuring compliance with Swiss employment regulations (tax, social security, insurances & pension plans), as well as internal minimum control standards.
- Accurately processing payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations and administering employee benefits.
- Contributing to workforce planning and forecasting as well as conducting engagement surveys and internal mobility.
- Maintaining and improving data accuracy in the HR system, training users and following up with data owners.
- Building and maintaining reporting of key HR metrics through Excel & Power BI dashboard for analysis related to topics including turnover, hiring, promotion & absenteeism.
- Tracking and analyzing data from engagement surveys, exit interviews, and internal mobility.
- Miscellaneous external and internal administrational tasks
Skills and Experience
- Bachelors Degree educated preferably completed in Switzerland and in a field related to Human Resource Management.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices, knowledge of German labor law would also be beneficial.
- 10 years of experience within a global, multi-cultural and dynamic environment, providing HR support to a variety of stakeholders (multilingual / multicultural).
- Strong Excel & Power BI experience to create professional data for analysis.
- Demonstrable experience of HR data optimisation and improvement.
- Experience with HR systems (specifically SuccessFactors, Workday advantageous etc) alongside payroll systems.
- Problem-solving mindset, resilience and conflict resolution expertise.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management and influencing skills,
- Able to work independently and able to maintain high level of accuracy.
- Good ability to connect and build positive and trusted working relationships with individuals within varying functions and seniorities.
