Job Title: IAM Agile Coach

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £125,000 per annum




Looking for an Agile Coach to lead the delivery of a new Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform, helping to modernise the digital estate and drive outstanding customer experiences. In this hands-on role, you'll support Agile teams, coach best practices, and collaborate with business units to turn their needs into innovative solutions using Java, BDD testing, and AWS.




Requirements:

• Proven experience in Agile transformation environments
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of Java, BDD testing, and Public Cloud (AWS)
• Understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, authentication, authorisation, identity lifecycle (e.g. Forgerock, Ping, SailPoint, Oracle Auth)
• Skilled at building relationships, influencing change, and translating technical concepts clearly
• Accredited Agile practitioner
