Job Summary


We are seeking a versatile Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience managing IT projects or projects in other business areas, using predictive, iterative, or hybrid methodologies. Familiarity with project management software/tools is strongly preferred. While relevant PM certifications are advantageous, they are not mandatory. This role offers opportunities for professional growth and specialisation over time.


Key Responsibilities:


· Plan, execute, and finalise IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

· Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

· Provide project status reports to stakeholders.

· Support workshops in the Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management (PPPM) area.

· Assist clients in identifying risks, issues, and opportunities.

· Successfully perform programme or project changes without disrupting business operations.

· Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

· Track project milestones and deliverables.

· Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communications documents.

· Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

· Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.


Skills and Competencies


· Solid understanding of project management methodologies (predictive, iterative, hybrid).

· Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

· Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

· Adaptability and willingness to take on various roles within the PPPM area.

· Valid PM certifications are advantageous, though not mandatory.

· Previous consulting experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.
