Within the LVMH Group's HR department, the 'Culture' team designs and implements varied, innovative and agile projects and initiatives to develop the work culture throughout the Group. Its objective is to respond ever more effectively to employee expectations, to improve the desirability of the Group and the impact of individuals and teams on a daily basis - across our businesses, Maisons and geographies.

Les missions

As intern within the Culture team of the Group HR Department, you will contribute to the following activities:

• Participating in defining the Group people roadmap following the first ever Group-wide Employee Listening survey
• Collecting and analyzing data (Qualtrics/Excel) to identify trends, needs and key priorities for improving certain aspects of work culture
• Communicating the results of this initiative to spark a desire for change and buy-in to the desirable new behaviors that are emerging from the survey
• Identifying and documenting local actions and initiatives undertaken by the Group various HR players (Group, Maisons, divisions, regions).
• Creating and leading a network of ambassadors within LVMH supporting the implementation of the Group's listening strategy

Votre profil

• You are preparing a Master degree in a business school, university or equivalent.
• You have initial experience in Human Resources and/or transformation projects (external or internal consultancy) - ideally in an international environment.
• You have a keen interest in issues relating to the development of corporate culture (i.e. leadership and management, flexible working, feedback culture, talent development, etc.) and enjoy working in project mode.
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken. Basic knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory. Comfortable writing short content in English.
