ob Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Server & Network Management: Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, network devices, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Email Administration: Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365 environments, including mailbox configurations, email security, and spam filtering.
- Cloud & Virtualization: Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based services, particularly Microsoft Azure (VMs, AD, backups, networking).
- SQL Server Management : Administer, monitor, and optimize SQL Server
- Security & Compliance: Implement security policies, manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and ensure business continuity.
- User & Access Management: Configure and manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, MFA, and other identity management solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to track system health, identify potential issues, and improve infrastructure performance.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 support, resolve system-related incidents, and collaborate with other IT teams.
Required Skills & Technologies:
- Operating Systems: Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL).
- Cloud Services: Microsoft Azure, AWS (preferred).
- Email & Collaboration: Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint.
- Database Administration: SQL Server (SSMS, backups, replication).
- Security & Compliance: Firewalls, SIEM tools, patch management, IAM solutions. (an added value)
- Networking: DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Load Balancing. (an added value)
- Scripting & Automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python (preferred). (an added value)
Minimum 7-10 years of experience as System admin
