In this role, you will take the lead in crafting exceptional user experiences for technology products, including the creation of unique and inventive designs for existing products, and mentoring and leading a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze user needs to create intuitive digital experiences.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to refine user experiences.
• Apply principles of usability, information architecture, and design thinking to create engaging products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Work with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create high-quality designs.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, methodologies, and best practices in IT services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and how they apply to IT solutions.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple and intuitive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with UX research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus but not mandatory).
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Good to Have:

• Architecture background with expertise in spatial design and human interaction.
• Understanding of design systems and accessibility principles.
• Experience with 3D modeling or data visualization tools (optional).
• Interest in AI, automation, or emerging technologies in IT services.
