UX/UI Designer

Unico Connect is an AI-native technology agency that builds digital products for customers across industries. We are hiring UI/UX Designers to work on AI-based products. You will design interfaces, build components, and contribute to design systems that power multiple products. You will work alongside senior designers, product managers, and engineers to move quickly from concept to shipped experience.

Responsibilities

• Design screens, flows, and components for AI-based products across web and mobile.
• Build and maintain reusable templates and component libraries within established design systems.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from senior designers, product, and engineering.
• Participate in user research activities and apply findings to design work.
• Prepare design specifications and support engineers during implementation.
• Contribute to design reviews with a clear point of view.

Requirements

• Two to three years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped work.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with design systems and the discipline of working within and extending them.
• Awareness of accessibility standards and how they shape design decisions.
• Curiosity about AI products and willingness to learn design patterns specific to AI-driven interfaces.
• Good written and verbal communication, with comfort presenting work to cross-functional teams.
• Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset.
• Attention to detail and ownership over the quality of shipped work.
• Bachelor's in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field.
