We're Hiring: Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Remote – Based in Switzerland)

Location: Remote (Must be based in Switzerland)

What You'll Do

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models

• Work on NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics (depending on project needs)

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to turn research into scalable applications

• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments

• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and contribute innovative ideas

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science

• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices

• Strong understanding of statistics, algorithms, and model evaluation

• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus

• Based in Switzerland and eligible to work remotely
