The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Frontend Engineer, where you will play a critical role in designing and delivering intuitive, high-performing user interfaces across TRAILD’s platform in the Product & Engineering team.

You will lead front-end development efforts for customer-facing features, ensuring the highest standards of performance, usability, and accessibility.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, we use Angular but you may have experience of React or Vue, a strong eye for design detail, and a passion for delivering great user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and maintainable front-end components using Angular JavaScript frameworks
• Collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features and products.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Maintain and improve front-end infrastructure, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in design and code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to improving our development processes and tools.
  
  
  

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on building complex web applications.
• Experience within Financial Services, Payments and/or Fintech is preferred
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and one or more modern frameworks like Angular, React or Vue.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Familiarity with testing libraries and frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience in a cloud-native, microservices-based architecture is a plus.
• Knowledge of design systems and a keen attention to UI/UX detail.
• You care deeply about customers and creating experiences that delight them.
• Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
