As a Recruitment Officer, you'll partner with the wider HR team, people managers and client groups to provide the best attraction, selection and onboarding experience for new and existing employees to DEECA.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual who can work collaboratively and flexibly with key stakeholders to join our energetic and friendly Recruitment team.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and associated Human Resource Management policies and procedures.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of high quality, client-centric recruitment services in a complex and changing organisation.
  • Experience with Springboard platform and SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
