This Position will be based in Geneva.

Swiss CISO Office, supervised by Swiss Territory CISO, defines and promotes Cyber Security and IT Risk Governance within BNP Paribas in Switzerland.

The team is composed of security professionals with diverse expertise to ensure comprehensive coverage of the organization's information security needs.

The team collaborates closely with different departments within IT, but also with legal, compliance, DPO, CDO and various business unit. Therefore, effective communication is crucial, as the team must convey complex security concepts and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As Part Of An Ongoing Transformation Initiative, a New Team Was Created Within The CISO Office, Information And Data Security With The Following Mission

• Development and maintenance Data Security and Information Security policy and ensure its correct deployment on Swiss Territory
  
  

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join the team.

YOUR WORK DAY

• Participation in various topics of CISO Office but in particular:
• Defining governance of security solutions in the entity and specifically Data Security Solutions such as DLP, Guardium and Varonis
• Contributing to the engineering of the security solutions and specifying the parameters required for the security solutions to properly function
• Drafting user, technical and operational documentation
• Design test cases and perform functional testing of the solution during upgrades
• Carrying out operations supported by the security solutions (DLP, etc.)
• Design and production of indicators, reporting documents and reports on the functioning of security solutions put in place by production security
• Development of controls on data protection solutions
• Aligning the solutions and practices with the Group
• Elaboration of data protection strategy in the bank and participation in various outsourcing projects regarding data protection solutions
• Work with IT departments to review/analyse and improve security posture of the bank
• Perform assessments on different security tools or processes
• Identify potential IT Risks in different domains (IAM, Data security etc)
• Analyse cyber risks and supervise IT departments in creating appropriate action plans

Desired Experience And Education

• Engineer or Master’s degree in Computer Science
• 5 years of experience in IT Risk or Security roles including management roles
