We're Hiring: Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer (Remote – Based in Switzerland)

Location: Remote (Must be based in Switzerland)

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for a variety of applications

• Work with large datasets to train, test, and optimize AI systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services

• Conduct research on new AI technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends

• Evaluate and improve model performance using advanced statistical methods and tools

• Communicate findings and technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or deep learning roles

• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

• Experience with data processing, model training, and performance optimization

• A solid understanding of AI methodologies, algorithms, and statistical analysis

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus

• Based in Switzerland and authorized to work remotely
