Requirements

  • Solid understanding of process management, including governance frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong grasp of end-to-end process flows, with the ability to identify and connect upstream and downstream impacts
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; able to communicate processes in business terms clearly and drive alignment on process enhancements
