LoDDoS Presales Consultant

We are looking for a "Presales Consultant" to join our team at Barikat Group - LoDDos.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
• In-depth technical knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, network topologies, and internet technologies.
• 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, particularly in areas such as DDoS protection strategies, threat analysis, security firewalls, IDS/IPS systems.
• At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales and/or technical product management.
• Ability to analyze customer needs, determine technical requirements, and provide solution-oriented approaches.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical issues.
• Competence in multitasking, time management, and prioritization.
• Quick adaptation to new technologies and industry trends, with a willingness to continuously learn.
• Team player with effective communication skills across different departments.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and build long-term relationships.
• Experience in project management and developing customer-centric solutions.
• Proficiency in English to understand technical documents and actively communicate in customer meetings.
• Flexibility with working hours and openness to travel when necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understanding customer needs and designing and presenting appropriate solutions.
• Organizing technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Collaborating with the product development team to analyze customer feedback and contribute to product development processes.
• Monitoring market trends and competition, tracking technological advancements, and integrating this information into product strategy and development efforts.
• Providing technical support to the sales team and optimizing sales processes.
• Managing customer relationships and establishing long-term business partnerships.
• Working on the updating and improvement of technical documents and sales materials.
