DevOps Lead/ Infrastructure Strategy

We’re hiring a DevOps Lead to take ownership of infrastructure strategy and lead a high-performing DevOps team supporting blockchain interoperability.

You’ll take charge of complex CI/CD pipelines, improve monitoring and observability tools, and build highly automated, secure environments using Kubernetes, Terraform, and containerization.

In addition to collaborating with developers and SREs, you’ll be on the front lines of solving infrastructure bottlenecks and introducing forward-thinking automation across systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on technical problem-solving and wants to push the limits of infrastructure design in a decentralized ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as Automation/Kubernetes SME
• Professional technical Blockchain/Web3 Background
• DevOps/SRE Lead experience

• Building/owning Terraform provisioning end-to-end
• High level of Python knowledge proficiency
