Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst with Agile Iteration Management experience to join our high-performing digital transformation team in Singapore. You will serve as a critical link between business needs and technical solutions, helping drive delivery of impactful digital initiatives. This role combines strong business analysis, agile facilitation, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination to ensure efficient project delivery aligned with business strategy and technical roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to define, refine, and deliver technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, team ceremonies, and collaborative sessions to uncover, validate, and document requirements.
• Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, use cases, data models, and workflow diagrams.
• Manage and influence key stakeholders including business leaders, product owners, developers, and external vendors.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and tasks to enable agile delivery teams.
• Support the full SDLC: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, training, change management, and go-live.
• Lead or support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Assess and manage vendor contributions ensuring timely and quality delivery aligned with SLAs and architecture.
• Monitor online/digital trends and advocate for best practices and innovative solutions in product development.
• Work closely with UX designers, Solution Architects, and developers to deliver user-centric digital solutions.
