Commercial Project Manager

You can be successful in this role if:

• You manage the commercial policy, ensuring effective project management and successful delivery of key objectives;
• You lead the yearly review of the Trade Investment strategy, covering Discount Matrix, Value drivers, and investment levels by Channel;
• You coordinate the cross-functional Commercial Policy team and maintain communication with the Group Commercial Policy team;
• You conduct regular reviews with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) for updates and insights;
• You actively participate in projects impacting commercial policy, supporting the implementation and usage of Commercial Policy tools;
• You support the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team in developing long-term strategies for trade investments;
• You build sustainable relationships across departments, fostering cooperation for executing strategies;
• You identify and share best practices in promotions and terms & conditions investments locally and internationally;
• You promote an innovation culture throughout the organization;
• You identify opportunities for work efficiency, business development, and process improvement.

Our new team member needs to:

• Have a higher education;
• Have work experience in an FMCG company (will be advantage);
• Be proficient in PC software (PowerPoint, Excel);
• Have an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English;
• Have experience in optimizing promotion and discount management;
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills.

The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka. Corporate buses are provided from metro stations Chernihivska and Lybidska, and also, from the city of Brovary and the settlements of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanivka, Kalyta.
