Role

• Sourcing top quality candidates
• Matching client requirements to best candidates
• Business development and sourcing new clients
  
  

Skills (this is nice if you already know it but we can train you on this)

• Excellent ability to head hunt candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, databases, emails
• Excellent LinkedIn sales navigator
• Knowledge of IT
• Ideally a knowledge of crypto/metaverse/gaming
  
  

Qualities we are looking for

• Solid WORK ETHIC
• Communication skills - perfect spoken and written English
• Enjoys working with people
• Attention to detail
• Willing to learn
• Interested in crypto and Tech
  
  

The most important thing to be successful in this role is HARD WORK. This is not a cushy soft HR type role. Effectively this is a hard core sales role and as such will require that mindset. We want people with a hunter mentality that are hungry to earn high commissions. Our consultants make multiple six figure commissions.
