The Offer

• This role offers an annual salary of €49,000 based on relevant experience.
• It’s a hybrid work model - 2/3 days a week onsite in Dublin 2 in state-of-the-art offices
• The role will commence initially as a contract (11 months)

The Role

• This Support Engineering role will require you to liaise with technical counterparts in major client companies across EMEA & APAC and support the integration of the SaaS – this will require you to have exposure to UI development and be a keen JavaScripter.
• You will troubleshoot technical issues, and find a workaround
• You will work as part of a highly technical, collaborative, and friendly global tech team

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you need to have

• A solid background in support – the ability to troubleshoot, find workarounds and support high-end, high-value clients
• Good exposure to UI development with scripting skills – JavaScript
• Tech tools & skills such as CSS, Angular, Ajax, or React would be very useful
• SQL skills are also needed
